For this event we will be offering space for exhibition stands, therapeutic workshops and craft workshops. For the workshops you will need to bring your own gazebo (Up to 3m x 3m) or alternatively you can book one of our 3m x 3m Gazebo’s ( limited availability)

Access Times:
Exhibitors and Workshop Leaders can arrive from 9.00am and will be directed by Stewards.
If you would like to exhibit or run a workshop, please complete the registration form below and return to us as soon as possible, as there are limited spaces.

Exhibitors:
A six foot table and two chairs will be provided per stall. If you require access to electricity, please let us know on the application form.

Payment:
A £50 deposit is required to secure your Stand, however full payment must be received by the Friday 16th June 2023, payable via BACS account to Libra Creative Arts Business CASHPLUS Account: Sort code: 08-71-99, Account: 00322659.

Publication Liability Insurance :
A copy of your Public Liability and/or Product Liability Certificate (if Applicable) is required with your registration. This will be held by the organisers for the duration of the event.

Workshop requirements :
- Brief synopsis of your workshop to be delivered (to be included on promotional materials and website link)
- Risks Assessment, if tools will be used during your workshop
