• Where are you based?
• Our office is based in Brighton, East Sussex on the south coast of the UK. We hope to be opening our first physical store in 2024, so watch this space.

• How long is delivery?

• Where are you shipping from?
• We ship directly from factories within the UK and abroad. For faster delivery please see our Express Shipping Collection.

• Where is my order?
• You can track your order here once you have received your shipping confirmation with tracking number, using your order number and email address or tracking number.

•  Is this a black owned business?
• Yes, why not check out our blog to find out more!

• What size should I select?
• Firstly, we recommend for best fit, you should take your body measurements and use the size guide provided on each product page to ensure you select the right size. As we use several factories around the world, each product sizing information is individual to that product. So please consult each size guide for every item you are selecting.

• How do I exchange or return an item?
• For our returns and refund policy, please see here.
• We are currently offering free collection on exchanges and returns in Wolverhampton and Brighton areas. Please contact us via WhatsApp to make arrangements if you live in this area.

• Do you do wholesale?
• Yes we do. Please see our Mix and Match collections in the menu. If there are products that you are interested in on a wholesale basis not in the Mix and Match collections, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements on: 07888 509889.

• How do I create an account and start collecting points?
• Go to the person icon on the top right of the home page. Here you can login or create an account. 
• Or click here.
• Once you have logged in, you can check you points by selecting the yellow tab with a flag on the left hand side of your screen. 
• You will be able to collect badges, and Points on different activities on our website. Explore and get rewards!

• Are you looking for new suppliers?
• If you are a designer / maker or manufacturer and would like to feature your products in our store please get in contact, we are always looking for new and innovative products. We would love to hear from!

• Can I get a discount code?
• We send our email subscribers exclusive offers and discount codes. Just sign up to our mailing list or reach out to us via WhatsApp where we can assist you.
